Ayurveda Slovakia
Doctor Dinil Paul is an Ayurvedic physician who works at Arya Vaidya Pharmacy in Coimbatore, India (https://www.avpayurveda.com/), which sent him to Slovenia as part of a mission to spread Ayurveda throughout Europe.
Dr. Dinil has been visiting Slovakia on a regular basis since 2020. He teaches Ayurvedic pharmacology (the medical use of herbs), Panchakarma, and clinical disorders like PCOS and IBS in collaboration with the "kola Ajurvédy." In addition, he works with "insi.ayurveda" in Bratislava. Individual Ayurvedic food and lifestyle consultations are part of the job.
Dr. Dinil will conduct an Ayurvedic analysis of your body type (prakruthi) and offer dietary and lifestyle recommendations to help you address any imbalances (vikrithi). Dr. Dinil travels to Luxembourg on a regular basis, in addition to his work in Slovenia and Slovakia, to provide customised diet and lifestyle advice. To demonstrate the general health benefits of Ayurveda, he hosts webinars in which he explains how to incorporate an Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle into daily life.
